  1. 訂單一經提交 ,不可修改,請於下單前核實所有內容。
  2. 所有貨品不設退換不設更換顏色或尺碼,請於下單前量度清楚,參考網站提供的尺寸表又或者先whatsapp向客服查詢。 
  3. 雖然儘力呈現商品的原色,但沒可能做到100%無色差。 室外光/室內光/陽光照射角度/冷光/暖光/電腦顯示屏/手機屏都會令顏色存在一定差異。如不能接受色差在購買前慎重考慮。
  4. 如收貨時發現貨品有質量問題或者有損壞,必須於簽收後48小時內提出,逾時恕不受理,貨品必須為全新,未拆吊牌及保留原包裝,瑕疵品只限更換同款同色同尺碼。
    *以網上簽收記錄為準 *須由B.kinii 判定為瑕疵品,並親臨九龍灣工作室更換
  5. 預訂貨品(PREORDER)約2-3星期到貨,預訂不成功將全數退回。
  6. 如果超過2天未付款,訂單將被取消。
  7. 為保障雙方,請保留入數紙直至交易完成。
  8. 如有仼何查詢,歡迎IG DM及whatsapp客服查詢。
  9. 網站與門市銷售同步進行,存庫未能即時更新,網站下單後,產品有機會因未能同步存庫量更新而缺貨。
  10. 產品如有缺貨情況,可獲退款,但經信用卡公司付款的話,經信用卡第三方手續費的3%將不會被退回。如退款後實付金額不超過免運費數目將會順豐到付運費。
  11. 訂單一經付款,不設退換及退款。

Terms and conditions

  1. Once an order is submitted, it cannot be modified. Please double confirm before placing the order.
  2. All products are not refundable, and there is no change of color or size. Please measure your sizes before placing an order. Please refer to the size table provided on the website or check with customer service on whatsapp first.
  3. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
  4. If the products are found to be defective or damaged at the time of receipt, they must be submitted within 48 hours upon receipt. The request later than 48 hours upon receipt will not be accepted. The products must be intact, the tag must be unopened and the original packaging must be retained. *Subject to online receipt records*Must be judged as defective by B.kinii, and visit the Kowloon Bay shop to exchange the products
  5. The pre-order products will arrive in about 2 – 3 weeks. If the pre order is unsuccessful, order will be refunded.
  6. If the order has not been paid for over 2 days it would be canceled.
  7. To protect both parties, please keep the deposit slip until the transaction is completed.

  9. The sales of website and store sales are not synchronized, and the inventory cannot be updated immediately. After placing an order on the website, the product may be out of stock.
  10. If the product is out of stock, it can be refunded, but if the payment is made by the credit card company, the 3% third-party processing fee of the credit card will not be refunded. If the actual payment amount does not exceed the free shipping amount after the refund, the shipping fee will be paid by Receiver.
  11. Once the order is paid, there is no exchange or refund.
